RE: IE8: Black menu and favorites bar
Well, I have just caught the same problem. 2 black bars at the top. Came
from no-where. Everything was fine one day, and wierd the next.
I'd email a screen shot if it would help.
The suggested solutions do not help.
On on XP. My guess is that there was a automatic update overnight and that
messed it up.
