PROBLEM : IE8 isn't saving files on DISK

Well i got a problem....big one...

Well....it's not saving files that i download over the net....

I click save...it shows the download screen..then "NOTHING"

Can't Find ANY FILES that i download on my computer ...:S

Still, im running on Windows 7 ...

Any Clues ?

If you search for the file name...what happens?
