Desktop Folder opens when clicked View Source in IE 7

I am using IE 7, when I select Right Click > View Source
then Desktop folder opens instead of showing the page source

1- I have tried this in Resetting the settings
2. Turning On/Off Popup blocker
3. Viewing site in Internet / Local Intranet Zone

but still I am not able to view the souce of the page.

However I am able to view source in Chrome, FireFox and Safari.

What could goes wrong with IE 7

[Just guessing]
If you have a shortcut to notepad or notepad.exe on the desktop, rename it
(to n-pad, npad, text editor, etc.)

In Internet Options> Programs, is notepad the default HTML editor?
