How do I increase Toolbar Fonts

Can one please inform me how to increase the toolbar font, i.e. File / Edit /
View / Favourite / Tools / Help ---
Help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
Vista?
Control Panel> Personalization> Window color and appearance> Advanced> Item:
Menu, try a larger size. You can also make the menu text bold.

XP... Control Panel> Display> Appearance> etc
