IE* and MSN toolbar

I am running IE8 on 64 bit vista Home premium sp2

When i have the msn toobar installed i get DEP ie restarts all the time when
the default IE is ran (the 32 bit, Why microsoft wont let me make X64 one
default boggles me).. The toolbar does not install on the x64 one. It does
this on both my X64 machines.. the other 4 XP ones it runs fine.

Everything is patched and up to date including activeX programs.

If i uninstall the toolbar it stops the DEP problem.I do like the msn
toolbar, and if anyone has any ideas short of disabling DEP it would be
appreciated.
