Internet Explorer presented by...

Recently, I visited with a friend and while running IE on his machine I
noticed a strange inscription on the very top of the IE window: "Windows
Internet Explorer presented by Mail.ru" (last 3 words in Cyrillic). Never
ever I saw an inscription like this or similar. My IE, for example, on the
very top of its window says "Breaking News, MSNBC - Windows Internet
Explorer".
My friend admits that he visited the Mail.ru web site, but has no idea how,
when, and why this inscription appeared.
My question: How to get rid of this inscription or how to edit it and remove
this "presented by..."
