IE & Startup

When I start up IE 7 (which I just installed) on Windows XP Home, it
gives me the run once page. When I try to save the settings, it tells
me that savings were unable to be saved. Then everytime I start it up
again, it gives me the same runonce page instead of my home page.

How do I get it to save the setting and give me the home page when I
start it up?

Hi,
It's likely that a third-party security program is preventing you from
saving settings. You could try disabling any programs of this type or you
can simply bypass this page.

See "Problem: IE always goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx instead
of your homepage" at
http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
and/or
945385- A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7:

I had this problem with XP home with SP2 and after updating to SP3 problem
was fixed. try update to SP3.
