Hi Josh,
First try the Bank help desk. They may have discontinued support for that
version of IE.
Win2K should be running an early version of IE6. I don't remember seeing any
builds with IE5 installed.
I don't know where you can get a download of IE6 for Win2k, but it should be
on your original installation disk.
