Web Site Changes Color Scheme

In IE 8 certain web sites, when loading changes Vista's color scheme
prompting Vista to
alert me of the fact. Then when I close IE and reload the web site it
doesn't happen again.
Then a day or two later it happens again.
Anyone else seeing this behavior.

Perhaps if you'll give an example of a 'certain web site' we can try it
for ourselves.
