Display problems in Internet Explorer 8

On some websites, navigation buttons that are visible when I use Firefox are
not visible in Internet Explorer 8 (they were visible in IE 7). This is the
case for a machine running in XP and another running Vista. You can see this,
for instance, on www.VancouverDogObedience.com

The link you posted uses the binary behavior "VML" for the navigation
buttons.

Most likely the page was produced with Publisher, and there is a known issue
with pages that were produced with Publisher and IE8.
