Can't Change Print/Frames option in IE7

On certain sites, I notice that IE7 prints every frame separately, resulting
in a waste of 12 pages of paper instead of just 1. In the Print/Options tab,
the option to Print All Frames Individually is marked but all of the options
are greyed-out, so I can't change the setting. Why?? With MOST sites, I
don't have a problem printing out a page pretty much the way it appears on
screen. Please advise. Thanks.
