Unwanted websites

Hi

I must have clicked on a rogue site in the past couple of days. I am now
inundated with browser pages from sites offering all sorts of content which
appear automatically. I have cleared out the history, temporary internet
fiels and cookies to no effect. Is there something else I should be looking
for and where? Your help would be most appreciated

Hi,
Work through these steps:
1. Scan with Windows Defender - already installed on Vista - free download
for XP:

2. Run the Malicious Software Removal Tool.

This is not a wide-spectrum tool, but is worth running.

3. Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

4. Install and run the free version of SuperAntiSpyware from
http://www.superantispyware.com/

5. If there is *any* reason to suspect that these tools didn't remove all
malware, visit one of these sites, register and follow the protocol.
