iexplorer.exe task takes more then 50% cpu and more then 100,000 k of Mem Usage....

My iexplorer.exe task takes more then 50% cpu and more then 100,000 k of Mem
Usage !!!
But .... it happens to me mostly when a flash element is being used... if
I'm in internet sites that do not use flash the cpu becomes normal but still
the 100,000 k of Mem Usage is there.

I've all ready tries lot's of action that were recommended in many forums:
Running SPYBOT, ADAWARE, Malwarebytes, AVG, HijackThis ...

And ... all the same...
