IE8 has bug like in IE7 and IE6 in exporting favorites

While I believe there is over a 2k limit on a URL you can bookmark as a
favorite, if you do a file export to file, it will truncate the URL to a much
lesser size.

I have favorites where I search for jobs on Monster and Careerbuilder-the
URL length is about 508 characters. Any file export will truncate any URL
length to about 259 characters.


Also it adds a .URL extension to the resulting file which makes no sense at
all.
