Explorer 8 - pull down menu problem

Explorer 8

My sites UGL-Portalen.se and UCL-Portalen.se worked just fine. Now I
installed Explorer 8 and the pull-down menus pulls down automatically. How
should I adjust my code in my sites to get to work properly for Explorer in
all versions??? Please help!
