Windows Live Hotmail

Since I've downloaded Windows Explorer 8, Windows Live Hotmail Attachments
will not connect to my Canon Zoonbrowser EX. It wants me to to download pics
to an internet web page which I'm not ready nor wanting to do. I prefer being
able to attach pictures to my email and send them to whomever I choose. why
was this changed and how do I get it back the way it was? I'm not a happy
camper with your changes!
