IE 6, 7, and 8 wont run intranet reports after running update 9722

So I ran the WSUS synch and approvals last Tuesday, and by week's end my
users were getting the dreaded red X instead of an access table (via ODBC)
linked into the page. I've been able to run the reports on PCs that were not
updated, no problems. We are running Access 2000 on the intranet server,
linking to SQL to pull the data in. We use Office 2003, but we install the
Office 2000 tool package to run these reports. It's been working seamlessly
since April 2008. Anyone else having issues? I tried the MSLive Chat and
was referred to the support page, where I was quickly asked for a credit card
number to pay for the help.....
