IE 8 Search Providers
I have reset my all IE settings. In starting up I am having a difficulty
with Search Providers.

Attemping to select a Search Provider via MS provided page generates an
"Error on Page" message. Attempting to use the Create Your Own generates the
message "Unable to add search provider. The Create your tool requires
Internet Explorer. [32811]

Perhaps a setting is inappropriate...
