Editing is possible while controls are disabled in IE8

There is a bug in IE 8 that while i made my form controls disabled, the text
controls remained editable. Once can edit the text and make changes.

Hi Amran,

Change the Form attribute to disabled, not the enabled attribute of each of
the form elements.
