Internet Explorer 8

Vista Home Premuim.
When i install IE8. Internet Explorer and Google return this message.
internet explorer has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop
working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a
solution is avaiable. if i system restore before the ie8 install everything
works correctly.
any idea whar problem is with ie8?

Same problem when you run IE 8 in 'no add-ons' mode?

If you uninstall Google Toolbar/Desktop, does the behavior persist?
