Re: IE8: Black menu and favorites bar
I 'lost' my IE8 tool bars (e.g., black on black) after installing an HP F4400
printer. After numerous, unsuccessful attempts (including deleting Toolbar
in registry), the Changing Background Themes/Colors approached seemed to
work; HOWEVER, I have not rebooted to see if 'stays.'
