ActiveX component can not create object using IE 8.0

I'm using VBScript to call an ActiveX object in my ASP pages.

The message error is: ActiveX component can't create object

Note: The objects I'm trying to instantiate are registered on my machine and
work on XP / IE 7.0 and setting the permissions for the use of ActiveX.
