Replacement of domodal() function and procedure for it.

Hi,

In IE 8.0, the standard user with protected mode ON is not able to use
"Domodal()" function. This is design limitation of IE 8.0. So microsoft have
given one alternative for it

AcquireModalDialogLockAndParent API can be used for this purpose when IE 8.0
SDK releases.

So i want to know that whether this SDK "IE 8.0 SDK" has been released and
if yes,

Kindly tell me from where to download it. And post me the complete steps to
replace the Domodal() function with new set of APIs suggested for IE 8.0
