Shortcut to open LAN Setting window

Hi,
Is there any shortcut to open the LAN setting dialog box
(IE-->Tools-->Internet Oprions-->Connections-->LAN Setting)? Something like a
keyboard shortcut or a run command.

Run or CMD:
control Inetcpl.cpl,Connections,4
