Active Scripting IE8

Hi All :-)



Can you help? After installing IE8, (which at first seemed to run really
well) I started to notice that when loading some web pages, IE8, would just
freeze in its tracks, lock up, and leave me with the only option to pull the
plug :-( I then started getting a warning while loading some web pages, that
if I continued to run this script, that it could cause IE8 to run slow :-(

Taking the above as a clue, I disabled active scripting in IE8. That worked,
no more lock ups, IE8 Running fast, and really well :-) BUT inevitably any
sites I visit that require active scrip running don't work to well :-(

Does anyone know of a fix for this problem, any help greatly appreciated

Hi,
1. Clear the Temporary Internet Files (probably won't help but can't hurt.)
2. Check for an incompatible browser ad-on.
