Error Message " The tab has been recovered" in IE8

I keep getting an error message every time a new pop up window opens....it
says The tab has been recovered. It causes the previous pages to re-load and
can also cause errors. I see where this is happening to others....but
haven't seen a reliable fix. Any ideas ?

Hi Bob,

Have you tried running IE(?) in no-Addons mode.

Problems with popup windows can be caused by third-party toolbars that have
their own popup blocker.

Check for updates for each of your toolbars and check the settings for each
and turn off any built-in popup blockers. You don't need them as IE has its
own.
