Adding New Favorites Window No Longer Alphabetized

In IE7 when you added a NEW Favorite the Add Favorite Window would show all
of the Favorites Folders ORGANIZED Alphabetically.

In IE8, it comes up what seems to be in the chronological order the Favorite
was added to the Favorites List, or chronological the Favroites folders were
added.

This causes the user to look through the entire list to figure out which
folder to put the new Favorite.

Any ideas how to fix this?

When USING the Favorites, they have remained in the order of preference just
as in IE7.

Nope - doesn't here......the folders are alphabetical...
