IEAK 8 Corporate License Mode

I need to create an install/update package for several different groups and
am trying to find out how to get the Corporate license Mode to work to
disable In-Private Browsing, delete files, etc. I have run the IEAK in all
the setup modes and none appear to have these options available. is it a
separate download or am I missing something?
