toolbar transparent

Ever sence I've been using IE8 my toolbars have become frequently
transparent, and I am asked to submit and error report. Can this be fixed
some how ?

Should we guess which operating system you have? In Windows Vista (and
Windows 7) the Aero theme has configurable translucency.

When posting about an error message, please include:

* the complete text of the message
* the name of the program which shows the message, and
* the precise circumstances under which the message appears.
