IE8 Page load issue

While trying to access my student account information on my college website I
login It says page loading. Then at the bottem of IE it says DONE but the
page is white.

I use firefox it loads fine. I've reset IE8 back to default it did not fix
it. I installed java runtime and all the addons i can think of it didnt
help. I removed everything. Could anyone help me troubleshoot this issue.

Does the Compatibility View button (broken page icon right side of the
Address Bar) help?

That page will load fine...its after you enter your username and password
and click enter...the next page wont load it says done but its white. I
tried clicking compatible view but after i do so it logs me out and takes me
back to the login screen. If i log back in another pop up opens up loading
the page but just another white screen that says done. Im not sure if the
reason compat view isnt working is because the page loads in a popup or not.

Hello,

Try running IE8 with add-ons disabled. First ensure that all instances of
IEXPLORE.EXE are ended in Task Manager.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No
Add-ons) to start IE8 without any add-ons. Try using the browser and see if
it works now.

If it is works now, start IE8 normally, go to Tools (if the menu bar
does not appear, hit the Alt key on the keyboard) > Manage Add-ons. Here,
disable all the add-ons you don't need under 'Currently Loaded'

Otherwise you can use the free Microsoft Phone Support for IE8 (see under
'for consumers')

it loaded, now i just gotta find which addon was stopping the page from being
displayed.

First page says

so you could get your "white" symptom if that second page
needs to go somewhere. Use View Source (Alt-V,c) to find out.

Also, the first page has an E-mail link for support. Have you tried that?
