email compatability issue
For about 2 months now, everytime we go to open the email from our homepage,
we get a box saying that there is a compatability problem and it will
"refresh" the page. But worse than that, it usually crashes the computer to a
blue screen, sometimes we can't get the computer back on at all. This had
never happened before. IE 8 was downloaded by my hubby and it really seems
that's when we started having so many problems. I have no viruses anywhere.
Any idea what or if IE8 could be the problem?

Re: email compatability issue
Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista x64 SP2) when
posting to this newsgroup.

What's your home page (e.g., http://yahoo.com)?

Please site the URL (link) for your webmail page (e.g.,
https://mail.myisp.com).

If you access your webmail page in Compatibility Mode, does the behavior
persist?

Re: email compatability issue
Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit SP ? not sure what SP is
Homepage is yahoo.com
http://us.mg201.mail.yahoo.com/dc/la...=10dfa7jo6hjbd LINK, I think!
Everytime we go to the place on the page to open the email, the
compatability notice flashes for about 4 seconds, barely time to read. Says
it had to be refreshed.

What, if any, Yahoo software is installed (e.g., Yahoo Toolbar)?
