How to automatically set print margins in IE

Windows xp sp3 with IE6.
Users need to print some html pages through IE 'print'. But the default
print margins don't fit the format so we need to do some adjustment for
them. Problem is this has to be done on each pc, upon every single account
that logs in. Is there a way to develop a script or something that
automatically apply to right print margins upon each login? Whether it's
done through local script or domian policy doesn't matter, the point is to
make it automatic and unawared by users.

The html page has fixed format so the margins to be set are fixed.
