Re: Installing to an Alternate Harddrive
Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operating system, and as such
it installs to the same partition where Windows is installed.
By contrast: Opera and Firefox, among other web browsers, are individual
programs. There are 'portable' versions of them that can install to an
external drive, e.g., a flash drive.
