Runonce Errors

When I open Internet Explorer 7 the Runonce page opens, if I click on one of
the options and then Apply Settings the page reappears with the message
"Settings were not able to be saved successfully". This happens every time
I open IE 7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE 7 but the problem
remains. Please can anyone suggest a solution?
