I want to disable right click in the toolbar area

I am looking for a registry setting to disable right click in the toolbar
area. I don't want users to be able to show or hide toolbars.

Also if anyone has a link to a complete list of registry values that are
valid with IE 7 and/or 8 that would be appreciated as well.

It’s a group policy setting. See gpedit.msc.

So there is not a registry setting for it? I was trying to avoid using group
policies since this will be on stand alone machines not connected to a domain.
