Actually it turns out that both ways will work. Using a bookmark.htm
file or using Alan's tip.
I did Start-Run_Favorites...the favorites folder opened. I then deleted
what was in this current Favorites folder; copied the favorites from the
favorites folder I had saved, and now they show up under the IE8 favorites
tab.
