hhctrl Event 1904

All of a sudden I am getting the hhctrl 1904 error every time I use Help in
Office 2003 (the error seems to occur when a particular topic is selected).
My registry settings appear to be set to reduce the security so that this
does not happen.

Anything new going on and/or is a newer fix floating around anywhere?
