Unable to open the rss link hasving .rdf from IE6

We are developing the browser toolbar project which has RSS menu. But the
rss link having .rdf links are unable to open from IE6.

How to overcome this issue? Can you please tell me the steps to resolve the
issue and make IE6 browser to open the .rdf links.
