IE8 Developer Tools - Cookie Information page

My Cookie Information page (Windows Vista) is not displaying the
ASP.NET_SessionId cookie for some reason. It shows other cookies.
Firefox Web Developer Add-on is displaying the ASP.NET_SessionId
cookie.
