How can I create open 2 IE and login Facebook with different account?

Hello:

I have found that in some machine that I can open a new IE that can
login the facebook by another login account. However, I can't do it in
some of the computer. May I know how can I config to do that?

IE8: File > New Session

IE7 and below: Just open a new browser instance from the desktop or shortcut
