Connection problem

I am trying to connect to the Web Page Home of HIS Graphics Cards;
www.hisdigital.com. I have tried FireFox 3.5, Internet Explorer 8 and
Safari with no success. Can anyone help me? What country is HIS located?

According to it, the HIS website is down.
