Address bar history

Clicking the drop down arrow at the right of the address bar, nothing
happens.
OTH, the drop down arrow at the left (next to the forward arrow) does
function OK.
I've looked at the IE options, and didn't find the reason.
Can anybody help me?

Hello, I just asked the same question and this is the answer i got, and it
worked.

In Internet Options> Content> AutoComplete> Settings, is AutoComplete turned
on for the Address Bar? While there, if you want the Address Bar old
dropdown back (Typed URLs only) uncheck History, Favorites and Windows
Search.
