Please always quote your Windows version and service pack level here.
Which site (can we access it and install it ourselves to test it out. If not
you should contact the control's vendor (IBM))
Depending on your OS version, you could try removing the control and then
re-installing it.
Tools>Manage Addons, select the "Downloaded Controls" from the show list.
Locate and find your IBM QuickPlace Control and double click on it to
display its properties. If you cannot find the control in the list then
contact IBM... they will have to re-write the installer for the control
(this is a common problem with downloaded controls from third-parties...
they don't install the control properly)
Either
If there are no sites listed in the list of approved sites, try allowing the
control to run on all sites. (If you trust this control and its vendor)
or
Click the 'Remove' button... this will uninstall the control and the next
time you visit the site (provided the IBM developers have coded the control
installer correctly) it should prompt you to allow the control to be
installed again.
