Why can not visit SQL Server Help in Micorosoft Document Explorerï¼Ÿ

Hi, every one,
explorer displays a error message:
"res://ieframe.dll/unknownprotocol.htm"

I guess "ms-help" protocol does not work.
What's wrong?
