IE7 - turn off auto-hide

I'm using Internet Explorer 7. I accidentally turned on auto-hide, and now
it's auto-hiding the tabs and toolbars unless I move my mouse to the top of
the IE window. How do I turn this auto-hide feature off?

Candace,
Alt + Spacebar, uncheck Auto-Hide.
