ZL's TrueVector service persistent fails_
---Reposting entire thread because a new append is forthcoming
(original is too old for appendage)

Well, that is kind of what my first post from Feb 8th is saying...
The TrueVector problem has been persistent for a long time now, and ZL
seems to be slow in fixing it (could be mistaken- looks like this to
me). It is now June 09, and I am still experiencing this problem.

I'm sure that there were many posts to the ZL support site already,
from many other people. The point of this thread is to suggest another
possible alternative to get ZL's attention.

Thank You for Your Consideration, Feedscrn

In looking up messages in the Usenet for TrueVector problems... there
was a lot of postings found.. which is kind of sad; in that it has
persisted for so long. I really don't want to remove/reinstall and
start from scratch with ZL..... I am loathe to save, then reset all my
programs and all the sites I visit.

Previously, I used to just ignore the 'Send Error to Microsoft' dialog
box that popped up whenever something crashed (the 'send' function
stopped working for a while). With TrueVector however, I am sending it
to them each and every time!!! If ZL will let something persist all
these months and not fix it... (it is now 2-8-09), maybe they will
listen to Microsoft....(?)

Just a suggestion.
Take Care,
Feedscrn
