IE and other browsers hang and do not respond

I am having a lot of problems using IE or any other browswer. Seems that
after 5 minutes or so of use, the browser lock up and does not respond. Using
the task manager has no effect and I must shut down and restart. I've run AVG
antivirus, Windows defender, and Spybot--all show no infections. Im ising IE
and Vista home edition. Ny desktop runs XP and there are no problems with
it. Has to be a Vista Bug?????

You're describing typical symptoms of a malware infestation.

Have you contacted your ISP?
