IE8 RTM does not send session cookie for window.open randomly

Hi,

I found some discussions in this group regarding to a bug fixed after IE8
RC1 that IE8 does not send session cookie for window.open javascript function.

It is still happening to IE8 RTM for me. My scenario is that the web site
has framesets. Within one of the frame, when a page calls window.open,
session cookie sometime is sent and sometime is not. It is random.

Do you know any solution or workaround to force IE8 always send the session
cookie for window.open?
