If you disable the McAfee firewall and enable the Windows Firewall, does the
behavior persist?
After uninstalling any earlier McAfee and Norton applications, did you also
download/run the appropriate removal tools before installing another
anti-virus application or security suite?
Are you aware of the deleterious effects Spybot's Immunizations can have on
IE8 [1]?
IN RE Advanced SystemCare & PC Health Optimizer: If you think your Registry
needs to be "cleaned" or "repaired," read
http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=28099 and draw your own conclusions.
The above notwithstanding:
1. Does the behavior persist if you attempt to access allmusic.com in
Compatibility Mode?
2. Does the behavior persist if you start IE in No Add-ons mode? To start
IE in No Add-ons mode:
=> Right-click on the blue IE desktop icon and select Start without
Add-ons; or
=> Start | (All) Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No add-ons).
Troubleshooting and Internet Explorer’s (No Add-ons) Mode:

3. Does the behavior persist if you Reset IE Advanced settings (RIES)?
