Hiding unused favorites in IE8?

After upgrading to IE8 it seems impossible to get IE to hide unused
favorites any more. The option that used to be in Tools/Internet
Options/Advanced/Web Browsing doesn't seem to be there any more.

Is this intentional?

"Enable personalized favorites" menu option is gone in IE8.

IE Team removed the option/feature in IE8, I don't know why.
